Currently in NYC — June 19, 2024: Sunny, hot, and humid

The weather, currently. 

Another 90°F day is on tap for Juneteenth. We’ll have baking sun and undesirable humidity levels so take it easy out there.

Your best bet for some cooler temps is at the coast. Honestly, a beach day is sounding really nice right about now. We’ll get a bit of a reprieve in the city with a sea breeze in the afternoon. It won’t do much.

Still, it will be a “cooler” day than Thursday and Friday will be. I’m going to plan to do my outdoor errands Wednesday and then hibernate in the AC for the rest of the week.
