Currently in NYC — June 14, 2024: A sunny start and a stormy finish

The weather, currently. 

Well, the morning starts out beautiful. That’s about all the good things I have to say about Friday. You’ll start to see clouds build in by early afternoon- that’s the cold front approaching from the west. It gets worse from here. Severe thunderstorms become possible by late afternoon and evening. We could see damaging winds, small hail, and minor flooding. Check the radar before you head out anywhere. The air will feel sticky and our temperature reaches the upper 80s.

Good news: the weekend looks INCREDIBLE!! Mostly sunny with highs around 80°F. Enjoy it!
